Common Issues

How to disconnect Strava

Visit your profile page and click the Disconnect button in the Strava section. This will remove the connection between your Stride and Strava accounts, and all previously synced activity data will be deleted from your training plans.

Troubleshooting Strava sync

If your Strava activities are not appearing on your training plan, check the following:

  • Make sure your Strava account is connected. You can check this on your profile page.
  • Only activities recorded as runs within your plan's date range will be matched to planned workouts.
  • On your plan page, click Sync from Strava to manually trigger a sync.

Exporting or deleting your data

You can export or delete your data at any time from your profile page. For more details on how we handle your data, see our privacy policy.
